heal.abstract In this paper, we present structuring concepts for distributed system management and a resulting distribution support tool kit. In order to deal with the complexity of the distribution environment management, an object model has been developed describing the behavior of the system objects and the necessary mechanisms for the control of this behavior. A computational model is used to define the treatments for the management information. Based on these models, the different tool kit management functions are designed and implemented. en
