heal.abstract	A model TLP subjected to monochromatic waves is tested experimentally. The measurements concern the wave run-up, the motions of the platform and the dynamic behavior of tendons. The wave crest elevation was measured in 16 points using wave probes that were installed in front of one of the vertical legs of the platform. The experimental results confirm the significant impact of wave run-up for both the fixed and the free-moving structure. The measurements which were taken during the experiments are in agreement with the conclusions drawn by other researchers in the past.
