heal.abstract	Ένα ζήτημα που απασχολεί την πόλη των Χανίων είναι αυτό της φοιτητικής στέγασης. Δική μας πρόταση είναι η δημιουργία κατοικιών, με σκοπό τη στέγαση προπτυχιακών και μεταπτυχιακών φοιτητών και την παράλληλη ενίσχυση της σύνδεσης του Πολυτεχνείου με την πόλη. Η ενίσχυση αυτή επιτυγχάνεται με τη χωροθέτηση των εστιών μέσα στον αστικό ιστό και τη σύνδεσή τους με πολιτιστικούς πόλους. Εφαρμόζοντας μεθοδολογικά εργαλεία, επιλέχτηκε μετά από διερεύνηση η περιοχή της Χαλέπας για τη χωροθέτηση των εστιών αυτών και στη συνέχεια επιλέχτηκαν με τη μέθοδο του αποκλεισμού εφτά οικόπεδα, σε μικρή απόσταση μεταξύ τους, στα οποία θα τοποθετηθούν φοιτητικές κατοικίες και υποδομές για νέους. Προτού προχωρήσουμε στο σχεδιασμό, πραγματοποιήσαμε πρωτογενή και δευτερογενή έρευνα, με την μελέτη παραδειγμάτων φοιτητικής κατοίκησης, εστιάζοντας στο βαθμό που δίνουν έμφαση στο συλλογικό και ιδιωτικό χαρακτήρα, και τη διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων σε φοιτητές του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης. Πολύ μεγάλη σημασία είχε η διερεύνηση των δίπολων και σχέσεων που αναπτύσσονται στην περιοχή με τη δημιουργία φοιτητικών κατοικιών. Έτσι, διαμορφώθηκε τελικά το κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα για τη στέγαση 76 προπτυχιακών και 21 μεταπτυχιακών φοιτητών. Ο σχεδιασμός του χώρου έγινε με γνώμονα την αρχή της κλιμάκωσης της συλλογικότητας και το σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον. Τέλος, διαμορφώθηκε ένα χρονοδιάγραμμα υλοποίησης του όλου έργου σε τέσσερα στάδια.	el
heal.abstract	A major issue being faced by the city of Chania is that of student housing. Our proposal is the creation of student residences, to meet the housing needs of undergraduate and graduate students. Our goal is also to strengthen the connection of the University with the city, placing the residences within the urban fabric and linking them with cultural poles. After investigation, the area of Halepa was selected for the placement of the residences. Based on a series of criteria, seven plots were selected, in a short distance from each other, where student residences and infrastructure for young people will be placed. Before advancing to the design process, we conducted primary and secondary research, by studying student housing examples (focusing on the extent to which they emphasize on their collective and private character), interviewing TUC students and investigating the relationships and dipoles developed in the region with the creation of student residences. This way, a building program for the housing of 76 undergraduate and 21 graduate students was formed. The basic design principles were the escalation of collegiality and the consideration and connection to the surroundings. Finally, an implementation schedule of the project was formed, which consists of four phases.	en
