heal.abstract	Η διάρθρωση της εργασίας γίνεται σε δύο βασικά μέρη: το πρώτο μέρος, που χωρίζεται σε τέσσερα επιμέρους κεφάλαια και ένα δεύτερο που περιέχει τις βασικές στρατηγικές και τις παρεμβάσεις που απαιτούνται. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η εργασία οργανώνεται ξεκινώντας από ένα ευρύτερο πλαίσιο, με γενικές έννοιες της κυκλικής οικονομίας, της βιωσιμότητας και τις σχέσεις αυτών με την πολιτιστική κληρονομιά καθώς και το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο γύρω από το οποίο αυτές κινούνται. Στη συνέχεια προχωρώντας στην ανάλυση και την τεκμηρίωση, ερευνήθηκαν ο γεωγραφικός χώρος, η ιστορική, οικιστική και πολεοδομική εξέλιξη, τα κοινωνικά, δημογραφικά και οικονομικά χαρακτηριστικά της κάθε νήσου, η αρχιτεκτονική φυσιογνωμία, τα τυπολογικά και μορφολογικά χαρακτηριστικά των κτισμάτων. Στο δεύτερο στάδιο, αφού αξιολογήθηκε η υπάρχουσα κατάσταση και διαπιστώθηκαν τα προβλήματα αλλά και τα συγκριτικά πλεονεκτήματα, έγιναν προτάσεις για την προστασία και ανάδειξη της Η.Ν Κάσου καθώς και μία σύγκριση με ένα υφιστάμενο μοντέλο, αυτό της Αλοννήσου. Σημαντική παράμετρος στις προτάσεις αποτελεί η επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με τους τοπικούς φορείς, οι οποίοι παρείχαν απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για την εν λόγω έρευνα.	el
heal.abstract	The work is structured in two main parts: the first part, which is divided into four individual chapters and a second one which contains the basic strategy and the initiatives that are required. More specifically, the work is organized beginning with a broader framework, presenting general definitions of circular economy, sustainability and their accordance with cultural heritage as well as the legislative framework in which they function. Afterwards we proceed to the analysis and documentation of each (island) case and more specifically the geographical space, the historical, residential and urban development, the social, demographic and economic characteristics of each island, the architectural identity, the typological and morphological characteristics of the buildings. In the second stage, after the existing situation was evaluated and the problems as well as the comparative advantages were identified, proposals were made for the protection and promotion of the island of Kasos as well as a comparison with an obsolete economical model that prevails in Alonissos. An important parameter that affectes the proposals presented, is the communication and cooperation with the local authorities, who provided necessary information for the research	en
