heal.abstract	Στην παρούσα διάλεξη ερευνάται η δυναμική μέρους-όλου πρωτίστως στην σύγχρονη αρχιτεκτονική σκέψη. Με αφετηρία τον προβληματισμό σχετικά με τον ρόλο μιας λεπτομέρειας στο αρχιτεκτονικό έργο, η έρευνα προσανατολίζεται στην αρχιτεκτονική έκφανση του φιλοσοφικού ζητήματος μέρους όλου. Στην προσέγγιση, δηλαδή, του μέρους, του όλου, αλλά και των σχέσεων που αναπτύσσονται ανάμεσά τους . Για να μπορέσουν να μελετηθούν αυτοί οι θεωρητικοί όροι επιλέγονται τρεις περιπτώσεις μελέτης μία από τον ελλαδικό χώρο και δύο εκτός αυτού. Για κάθε μία από αυτές , διερευνήθηκε αρχικά το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο του αρχιτέκτονα/νων,, με σκοπό την κατανόηση του τρόπου με τον οποίο αντιμετωπίζεται η αρχιτεκτονική και του χώρου στον οποίο δραστηριοποιείται ο καθένας. Έτσι, επιχειρήθηκε μία πρώτη προσέγγιση για τον όλον. Στην συνέχεια, μέσα από την ανάλυση πρωτογενών πηγών και υλοποιημένου έργου, αναζητήθηκε το μέρος και τα χαρακτηριστικά του. Τέλος, τελευταίο στάδιο της έρευνας αποτέλεσε ο προσδιορισμός της σχέσης που αναπτύσσεται μεταξύ των μερών και μέσα από πραγματοποιημένα παραδείγματα εξετάστηκε κατά πόσο αντανακλάται στο συνολικό έργο. Η μελέτη καταδεικνύει ότι η έννοια του «όλου» συγκροτείται διαφορετικά σε κάθε προσέγγιση, καθώς άλλοτε αναφέρεται σε μια ιδεατή δομή, άλλοτε σε μια άυλη ατμόσφαιρα και άλλοτε σε μια επαναληπτική, προσθετική διαδικασία. Διαπιστώνεται ότι η σχέση μέρους–όλου μεταβάλλεται ανάλογα με τον τρόπο οργάνωσης της καθοδηγητικής σκέψης του αρχιτέκτονα: από την αντιστικτική συνύπαρξη στοιχείων, στη συνεχή γλυπτική ροή των λεπτομερειών και, τέλος , στη ρυθμική επανάληψη αυτοτελών μονάδων. Συμπερασματικά, η μελέτη ανέδειξε ότι η σχέση μέρους– όλου αποτελεί θεμελιώδη συνθετική αρχή, η οποία διαφοροποιείται ανάλογα με το θεωρητικό και πολιτισμικό υπόβαθρο κάθε δημιουργού. Το όλον και το μέρος αποδεικνύονται αλληλένδετες κατηγορίες που καθοδηγούν τη συνοχή της αρχιτεκτονικής πράξης, ενώ η έρευνα υποδεικνύει την ανάγκη περαιτέρω εμβάθυνσης στη δυναμική τους, καθώς αποκαλύπτουν την πολυπλοκότητα της συνθετικής διαδικασίας και αναδεικνύουν την ανάγκη ανάπτυξης πιο συνεκτικών και ευαίσθητων σχεδιαστικών προσεγγίσεων.	el
heal.abstract	The present research paper examines the dynamics of part-whole primarily within contemporary architectural design thinking. Taking as a starting point the question of the role of detail in the architectural work, the research is oriented towards the architectural manifestation of the philosophical issue of part -whole: namely, the consideration of the part, the whole, and the relationships that unfold between them. In order to investigate these theoretical concepts, three case studies were selected, one from the Greek context and two from abroad. For each case, the theoretical background of the architect(s) was first examined, with the aim of achieving a comprehensive understanding of how architecture is approached and the cultural environment in which each operates. This formed a preliminary inquiry into the whole. Subsequently, through the analysis of primary sources and realized works, the part and its characteristics were investigated. Finally, the last stage of the research focused on identifying the relationship that emerges among the parts and, through built examples, assessing the extent to which it is reflected in the overall work. The study demonstrates that the notion of the “whole” is constituted differently in each approach, as it may refer to an ideal structure, an immaterial atmosphere, or a repetitive additive process. It is found that the relationship between part and whole shifts depending on the organization of the architect’s guiding thought: from the contrapuntal coexistence of elements to the continuous sculptural flow of details, and, finally, to the rhythmic repetition of autonomous units. In conclusion, the study highlighted that the relationship between part and whole constitutes a fundamental compositional principle, which varies according to the theoretical and cultural background of each creator. The whole and the part emerge as interdependent categories that sustain the coherence of the architectural act, while the research points to the need for further investigation into their dynamics, as they reveal the complexity of the design process and underscore the importance of developing more cohesive and sensitive design approaches.	en
