This computer program correlates the equilibrium partial pressure of hydrogen sulfide (PH2S) in the vapor phase over aqueous monoethanolamine (MEA) solution, to the total H2S in the liquid phase (Loading, LH2S). Given either one of PH2S or LH2S, the program calculates the other. The main advantages of this program are simplicity and very quick convergence, which makes it particularly useful for preliminary design and optimization studies where a number of cases must be evaluated. |
