We have studied the temperature dependence of the transverse and longitudinal long wavelength optical phonons of AlSb. The direct and indirect anharmonic contributions to the frequency shift and broadening are determined as a function of temperature. They are associated with phonon anharmonic decays and volume contribution, respectively. © 1990. |
