Επιλογή βέλτιστης χωροθέτησης μονάδας παραγωγής κονιαμάτων στην Ελλάδα

Abstract

Η παρούσα μελέτη στοχεύει στον προσδιορισμό της βέλτιστης χωροθέτησης μιας μονάδας παραγωγής κονιαμάτων στην επικράτεια της Ελλάδας. Προεπιλέγονται δέκα εναλλακτικές περιοχές, για κάθε μία από τις οποίες αναπτύσσονται πλήρως τα σενάρια κατασκευής της μονάδας και προσδιορίζονται όλες οι παράμετροι που διαφοροποιούνται. Ακολούθως, αναπτύσσεται παραμετρικό κοστολογικό μοντέλο μέσω του οποίου υπολογίζεται το συνολικό κόστος της σχεδιαζόμενης επένδυσης για την επόμενη 15ετία για κάθε σενάριο. Πέραν του κόστους, προσδιορίζονται τρία ακόμα κριτήρια αξιολόγησης και οι αντίστοιχοι συντελεστές βαρύτητας αυτών. Τα εναλλακτικά σενάρια βαθμολογούνται διακριτά για κάθε κριτήριο. Μέσω πολυκριτηριακής αναλογικής μεθόδου αξιολόγησης υπολογίζεται η τελική κατάταξη των σεναρίων και εντοπίζεται η βέλτιστη τοποθεσία για τη δημιουργία της παραγωγικής μονάδας.

The study's aim is to define the optimum location for the creation of a pluster producing unit. Thus a multicriteria analysis takes place. The criteria selected are the total cost of the investment and the plant operation for the next 5 years, the availability of the appropriate qualified personnel, the quality and the availibality of the required raw materials and the extension of company's trading activity in Southeastern Europe. In the first step, a pre-selection of 10 alternatives location across Greece took place, half of which concern North Greece and the other half concern South East. For each alternative, analytical scenarios have been developped defining all plant's characteristics and requirements, as well as all costing data for each region. A costing model which calculates the total cost (purchasing cost, primary transport cost, producing cost and secondary transport cost) of the investment for the next 15 years for each scenario, has been also created. The scenarios are assessed for all criteria and the optimum location is defined.
