The electrochemical behavior of Ti, Ni and SnO2/glass electrodes, used for the electrodeposition of cadmium chalcogenides semiconductors, in acid aqueous electrolytes was examined. In particular, the `free' electrochemical reactions potential domains for each material in acid sulfate solutions were determined. en
