A web-based nuclear monitoring system called NUMASS implemented to cover the needs of the European Commission for monitoring and follow-up of the TACIS nuclear safety program was presented. The structure of the management of the TACIS nuclear safety program/projects was taken into account in the design concept of the NUMASS system. The NUMASS system was found to be really effective and efficient management tool, whose design was such that it presents the information with the most direct and supervisory manner. |
