The demonstration of simultaneous oscillation of 23 wavelengths, spaced at 100 GHz was done from a stable semiconductor optical amplifier source. The Lyot filter generated the wavelength comb and each wavelength had 12.5 GHz linewidth. The optical spectrum of the multi-wavelength laser was also presented. |
