dc.description.abstract	Η μελέτη έχει σαν σκοπό την εφαρμογή μιας καινοτομικής μεθόδου προσέγγισης του προβλήματος του σχεδιασμού πολύπλοκων κατασκευών. Η μέθοδος αυτή βασίζεται στην Θεωρία του Αξιωματικού Σχεδιασμού, οι αρχές της οποίας παρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται εκτενώς. Στην συνέχεια γίνεται εφαρμογή της μεθόδου σε ένα πραγματικό πρόβλημα, αυτό του εργονομικού σχεδιασμού της θέσης οδήγησης των συρμών της ΤΡΑΜ Α.Ε.. Με βάση την Θεωρία Αξιωματικού Σχεδιασμού, αξιολογείται η ήδη υπάρχουσα υλοποίηση της θέσης οδήγησης, προτείνονται βελτιώσεις και αναζητείται μια νέα, εργονομικά βέλτιστη, σχεδιαστική λύση.	el
dc.description.abstract	The thesis aims at the application of an innovative method of approaching complex ergonomics design problems. The method is based on the Axiomatic Design Theory, whose principles are presented and analyzed thoroughly. Also, what is presented is an application of the method to a real design problem, the ergonomics design of the TRAM driver’s cabin. According to the principles of the Axiomatic Design Theory, the present design is evaluated, proposals for improvement are made and a new, ergonomically optimum, design solution is presented.	en
