heal.abstract A general formulation for the solution of three-dimensional elasto-plastic engineering problems is investigated. The method consists of studying the stress analysis of elasto-plastic flow under arbitrary loadings. A singular integral operators computational process is proposed for the numerical evaluation of two- and three-dimensional principle-value integrals by using the Gauss-Legendre, Lobatto and Radau cubature formulas. An application is given for the determination of the elastic stress analysis of a thick cylinder subjected to an internal pressure. en
