In 1990 the Technical Chamber of greece (the national organization of Greek engineers) has set up a working group in order to collect and compare the electric power engineering curricula of the respective electrical engineering departments in Greece, to study the compatibility of power engineering education with the technological needs of the country and to provide a qualitative comparison with engineering curricula of other universities in developed countries. In this paper, the electric power engineering curricula in Greece are briefly presented and compared with respective curricula of indicative universities in various developed countries. |
