Optimization and influence of operational parameters of superficial reinforcement by laser of a high-speed steel (Z 85 WDV 6-5-2) and a tool steel (Z 160 CDV 12) by injection of a SiC powder on the macro- and microstructure and on the micro-hardness of alloyed superficial zones are studied in order to improve its tribological properties. The surface alloys obtained present a homogeneous microstructure, very fine and highly oriented (free of pores and cracks) whose maximal micro-hardness is 1050 HV 80 g and 950 HV 80 g for Z 85 WDV 6-5-2 and Z 160 CDV 12 steel respectively. |
