An algorithm has been developed for the calculation of compliance of the teeth of spur gears and also for the evaluation of the load distribution among the teeth as the gears are in mesh. Results may be found for any permissible gear ratio and any number of teeth of pinion and also for any value of pressure angle and any value of the tooth addendum. |
