heal.abstract	The central contribution of this paper is to provide a decision-support methodology for a broad class of inter-related problems in liner shipping. We aim at the optimization of liner networks by transforming the total network design into a sequential multi-stage optimization process in terms of Ship Routing & Scheduling, Fleet Deployment, and Transshipment.
