This paper evaluates the performance of OFDM systems for in - home broadband powerline communications when adopting a low signal emission profile. The systems are implemented digitally on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chips and tested over a real powerline network. Detailed description of the experimental setup and the architecture of the employed systems is also provided. |
