heal.abstract	A general overview of a customer survey approach used by the Energy Systems Laboratory of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in order to conduct an interruption cost assessment of all the different sectors of power customers in Greece is presented. The results obtained for the industrial and commercial sectors during the last three years are also presented. Furthermore, the damage functions being obtained for the customers in Greece are compared with the respective functions being published for other countries.	en
