heal.abstract	The implementation of the control system for a variable speed electric actuator composed of an induction motor with scalar control technique is presented. Details are given on the laboratory experiment involving the actuator control system and its modes of operation. Also, the configured hardware, the operation control software and the results obtained on performance from laboratory tests are described.
