heal.abstract |
We present a hierarchical tree structure for online mainte- nance of time-decaying synopses over streaming data. We exemplify such an amnesic behavior over streams of loca- tions taken from numerous moving objects in order to ob- tain reliable trajectory approximations as well as aordable estimates regarding distinct count spatiotemporal queries.
