Various Ward-type equivalents are applied to the Hellenic high-voltage transmission system. These equivalents are tested for various connection contingencies, and the results are compared for accuracy. The mathematical convergence of the various methods is examined in an attempt to find the most suitable equivalent for the specific system examined. Some general conclusions are drawn. |
