Οικιστική επέκταση στον αστικό χώρο - Το παράδειγμα των εντάξεων στις περιοχές Σωρός,Τύμβος, Κάτω Σωρός του Δήμου Αμαρουσίου

Abstract

Έναν από τους πρώτους Δήμους που αποτέλεσε και συνεχίζει να αποτελεί πόλο έλξης για μεγάλο αριθμό πολιτών με σκοπό την μόνιμη κατοικία και την οικοδόμησησ είναι ο Δήμος Αμαρουσίοου. Στην παρούσα εργασία εξετάζεται αρχικά μια ενταγμένη στο σχέδιο πόλης περιοχή του Δήμου. Η περιοχή αυτή θεωρείται μια απο τις πυκνοδομημένες περιοχές αυθαιρέτων πριν την ένταξη της στο σχέδιο. Αναλύεται η εικόνα που παρουσίαζε πριν την ένταξη της, η σημερινή της κατάσταση καθώς και τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει.Σήμερα το ποσοστό των ανένταχτων εκτάσεων εντός των ορίων του Δήμου είναι πολύ μικρό. Τμήμα αυτού αποτελεί την δεύτερη ενότητα της περιοχής η οποία συνορεύει με την ενταγμένη περιοχή που μελετάται αρχικά και με την οποία έχει πολλά κοινά. Με γνώμονα το παράδειγμα της ήδη ενταγμένης περιοχής μελέτης προτείνονται μια σειρά μέτρων και παρεμβάσεων πάνω στην αρχική πρόταση ένταξης με σκοπό την εξασφάλιση ενός βιώσιμου μέλλοντος.

One of the first municipalities tha haw been and still is constituing to be a magnet for a large number of citizenw aiming at the permanent residence and costruction is the the municipality of Maroussi. This paper examines at first a region which is included in the drawing of the city of municipality. This area is considered as one of the most densely urbanized areas before the aritary inclusion of the project. It analyzes the picture presented before the integrarion , its current situation as well as the problems it faces. Today the percentage of the areas which are not included inthe arbitary plan within the limits of the municipality is very small. Part of this constitutes the second unit of the area studied, which borders the ingrated area that was originally studied and which two have a lot in common. Taking into consideration the exaple of the already included region of study , a series of measures and interventions are proposed on the original proposal aiming at the guarantee of a viable and sustainable future.
