Ο Δήμος Ιλίου υπο πολεοδομική και περιβαλλοντική θεώρηση: απεικόνιση και προοπτική εξέλιξής του

Abstract

Στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζεται ο δήμος Ιλίου μέσα από πολεοδομική όσο και περιβαλλοντική σκοπιά. Αρχικά δίνεται μια γενικότερη εικόνα της Δυτικής Αθήνας στην οποία υπάγεται και ο προς μελέτη δήμος. Έτσι, αναφέρονται κάποια ιστορικά, δημογραφικά κοινωνικοοικονομικά, πολεοδομικά βασικά χαρακτηριστικά της ευρύτερης περιοχής μελέτης. Για να κατανοήσουμε με μεγαλύτερη σαφήνεια την υφιστάμενη κατάσταση , τα προβλήματα αλλά και τις προοπτικές εξέλιξης του δήμου Ιλίου, παρουσιάζονται και κάποια αντίστοιχα με τα παραπάνω στοιχεία, για τους όμορους δήμους δηλαδή τους Αγίους Αναργύρους, το Καματερό, το Περιστέρι και την Πετρούπολη. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζεται αναλυτικά ο δήμος Ιλίου. Αναφέρονται πλήθος στοιχείων που σκιαγραφούν την περιοχή όπως ιστορικά, δημογραφικά, οικονομικά και πολεοδομικά χαρακτηριστικά, χρήσεις γης, κυκλοφοριακά δίκτυα, ρυπογόνες πηγές. Την ανάλυση αυτή της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης στο δήμο, διαδέχθηκε η αξιολόγηση αυτής με την βοήθεια της μεθόδου S.W.O.T όπου μας βοήθησε να αναγνωρίσουμε αφενός μεν σημαντικά πλεονεκτήματα που συμβάλουν στην ανάπτυξη του δήμου, αφετέρου δε κάποια βασικά προβλήματα που εμφανίζονται σε αυτόν. Κατά συνέπεια, επιχειρείται η ανάδειξη των δυνατών και αδύνατων σημείων της περιοχής, με βάση τα οποία ο δήμος θα αξιοποιεί τις ευκαιρίες και θα αντιμετωπίζει τις απειλές. Έτσι, προσδιορίζονται οι στρατηγικοί στόχοι, οι άξονες προτεραιότητες αλλά και οι δ ράσεις π ου θ α π ρέπει ν α αναληφθούν στα πλαίσια της προτεινόμενης ανάπτυξης του δήμου. Ακόμη, στο επόμενο κομμάτι αυτής της εργασίας, τίθενται οι επιλεγμένοι με βάση την αξιολόγηση της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης, βασικοί άξονες προτεραιότητας για την ανάπτυξη του δήμου και προτείνονται κάποιες σχεδιαστικές προτάσεις για την επίλυση σημαντικών κυκλοφοριακών, πολεοδομικών και περιβαλλοντικών προβλημάτων στην περιοχή. Αναφέρονται βασικά κυκλοφοριακά και περιβαλλοντικά έργα που έγιναν ή και βρίσκονται υπό εξέλιξη στο δήμο Ιλίου και στο τελευταίο πλέον κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζονται συγκεκριμένες σχεδιαστικές προτάσεις για την κυκλοφοριακή αναβάθμιση σε συνδυασμό με την περιβαλλοντική ανάπτυξη του δήμου.In this present work we present the municipality of “ilion” through urban as much as environmental viewpoint. Initially is given a more general picture of Western Athens in which the municipality is part of. Thus, are reported certain historical, demographic socio-economic, urban basic characteristics of the wider region of our study. In order to comprehend with bigger clarity the existing situation, the problems but also the prospects of development of municipality “ilion”, we present also some certain equivalents with the above characteristics for the adjacent municipalities, such as ”Agioi Anargyroi, “Kamatero”, “Peristeri” and “Petroupoli”. Then, we present more analytically the municipality of. “ilion”. They are reported crowd of elements that sketches out the region such as historical, demographic, economically and urban characteristics, uses of ground, circulatory networks, pollutant sources. This analysis of the existing situation in the municipality, succeeded the evaluation of this with the help of method “S. W. O. T”, which helped us not only recognize important advantages that contribute in the growth of municipality, but also certain basic problems that are presented in this. Accordingly, is attempted the appointment the virtues and faults points of region, with base which the municipality will develop the occasions and will face the threats. Thus, are determined the strategic objectives, the axes priorities but also the action that should be undertaken in the frames of proposed prospect of municipality. Furthermore, in the last chapter of this work, we present the fundamental axes of priority for the growth of municipality, and we propose certain resolutions for the important circulatory, urban and environmental problems in the region.
