The ATLAS detector for the Large Hadron Collider at CERN will study the products of protons collisions at energies of up to 14 TeV. One of its subdetectors is a high-resolution Muon Spectrometer designed to exploit the physics potentials. A system test of the ATLAS Muon Spectrometer has been performed in the H8 test beam area at the CERN SPS. © 2005 IEEE. |
