dc.description.abstract	Μέσα στη διπλωματική εργασία έγινε λεπτομερής μελέτη της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας σε όλα τα στάδια της και έγινε καταγραφή των αστοχιών και προβλημάτων που παρουσιάζονται. Αναλύθηκαν οι υφιστάμενοι έλεγχοι και εντοπίστηκαν οι ελλείψεις ελέγχου ποιότητας. Στη συνέχεια προτάθηκαν λύσεις για κάθε πρόβλημα κυρίως με τη βοήθεια εργαλείων του στατιστικού ελέγχου διεργασιών.	el
dc.description.abstract	This thesis approached and studied the production procedure in all its phases and marked all the defects and problems that appear during the production. All the quality controls were analyzed and evaluated. Suggestions were made for every kind of problem in order to be eliminated mostly with the help of statistical quality control tools.	en
