heal.abstract	Το μουσείο σήμερα φαίνεται να εστιάζει το ενδιαφέρον του στον επισκέπτη. Στόχος του είναι να επικοινωνήσει τις συλλογές του στο κοινό παρέχοντάς του παράλληλα μια συνολική εμπειρία πληροφόρησης, γνώσης και ψυχαγωγίας. Ο μουσειακός χώρος σε αυτό το πλαίσιο αποτελεί δυναμικό παράγοντα επικοινωνίας των χρηστών με το ίδρυμα. Η παρούσα διάλεξη οργανώνεται γύρω από την πεποίθηση ότι η επαφή του μουσείου με το κοινό του γίνεται σε τρείς διαδοχικές κλίμακες χώρου. Η πρώτη είναι η κλίμακα της πόλης, όπου και γίνεται η μετάβαση από έναν δημόσιο ανοιχτό χώρο, στον μικρόκοσμο του μουσείου. Στη δεύτερη κλίμακα, αυτή του κτιρίου, ο χρήστης ‘αποκρυπτογραφεί’ την εσωτερική δομή του κτιρίου. Η Τρίτη κλίμακα είναι αυτή της έκθεσης. Εκεί ο επισκέπτης έρχεται σε επαφή με τις συλλογές του ιδρύματος. Στο πλαίσιο λοιπόν μιας προσέγγισης που δεν αντιμετωπίζει την έκθεση ανεξάρτητα από το κτίριο και το κτίριο ανεξάρτητα από τον αστικό ιστό που το περιβάλλει, αλλά σαν διαδοχικά και ισότιμα στρώματα ενός ενιαίου περιβάλλοντος, αναζητούνται ,μέσω περιπτώσεων μελέτης, σχεδιαστικές λύσεις που διευκολύνουν και εμπλουτίζουν την εμπειρία του επισκέπτη τόσο σε καθένα από αυτά τα επίπεδα, όσο και στη μετάβαση του από το ένα στο άλλο.	el
heal.abstract	Museum institutions are becoming more and more visitor oriented. Their main goal is to communicate their collections to the people in the frame of an overall experience of knowledge and recreation. In this context museum space emerges as a dynamic link between the institutions and the public. This paper is based on the notion that the contact between the Museum and the visitors is accomplished through three consecutive ‘scales’. The first of which is the ‘city’s scale’, where the transition between an open public space to the ‘microcosm’ of the museum takes place. The second scale is the ‘building’s scale’, where the visitor ‘decodes’ the interior organization of the museum space. The third scale is the ‘exhibition’s scale’, in which the public gets introduced to the collections. Considering these three scales mentioned above as superpositioned and equal layers of a unified designed environment, the aim of this paper is to locate and highlight the architectural and designed gestures and tools that facilitate and enrich the museum visits, derived from the analysis of various case studies.	en
