dc.description.abstract	The cause of the essay was my journey to the village Old M’hamid in Morocco at May 2013, because of a workshop of construction with earth. The essay investigates the need of finding an alternative way of living, especially in a period of economic and ecological crisis. In this intense research people create new communities, the Eco villages, where they rethink the way they cultivate the land, the way they build and finally the way they inhabit. In the first part of the essay, there is a research of the basic principles of design, construction and living of a traditional community, the village Old M’hamid in Morocco. And on the second part there is a research of the Eco villages, mostly in Greece. The Eco villages are communities, which take some principles from the traditional way of living, and improve them with recent needs and with modern technics and technology.	en

heal.abstract	Η διάλεξη πραγματοποιήθηκε με αφορμή το ταξίδι μου στον οικισμό Old M’hamid στο Μαρόκο, τον Μάϊο του 2013, λόγω ενός εργαστηρίου φυσικής δόμησης-δόμησης με χώμα, και διερευνά σε μια περίοδο οικονομικής και οικολογικής κρίσης την ανάγκη για αναζήτηση ενός εναλλακτικού τρόπου ζωής, με την δημιουργία νέων κοινοτήτων, των λεγόμενων οικοκοινοτήτων. Σε αυτές τις κοινότητες οι άνθρωποι αναθεωρούν τον τρόπο με τον οποίο καλλιεργούν την γη, τον τρόπο με τον οποίο κτίζουν, και τελικά τον τρόπο με τον οποίο κατοικούν. Στο πρώτο μέρος της διάλεξης γίνεται διερεύνηση των αρχών σχεδιασμού, κατασκευής και διαβίωσης του παραδοσιακού οικισμού Old M’hamid στο Μαρόκο. Στο δεύτερο μέρος αναλύονται οι οικοκοινότητες κυρίως στην Ελλάδα, ως νέες κοινότητες που παραλαμβάνουν κάποιες αρχές από τον παραδοσιακό τρόπο ζωής και τις εξελίσσουν με βάση τις ανάγκες του σήμερα, με τα σύγχρονα μέσα και την τεχνολογία.	el
