heal.abstract	Ο χώρος των Λιπασμάτων της Δραπετσώνας είναι μια ανενεργής έκταση 650 στρεμμάτων δημιουργώντας ένα όριο ανάμεσα στην πόλη και τη θάλασσα. Εκτός απο ένα εγκαταλειμμένο βιομηχανικό συγκρότημα, πρόκειται παράλληλα και για έναν κατεδαφισμένο τόπο. Προσεγγίζουμε το τεχνητό αυτό τοπίο μέσα από τις αλλεπάλληλες αναγνώσεις του προτείνοντας ήπιες χρήσεις, ώστε ο χρήστης να οικειοποιηθεί και να ενεργοποιήσει το χώρο. Στα δυο όρια οι επεμβάσεις έχουν αστικό χαρακτήρα. Προτείναμε σχεδιαστικά μια πλατεία, ένα κατώφλι από τον πυκνά δομημένο ιστό της πόλης προς το αστικό κενό του χώρου των λιπασμάτων, το οποίο κενό αντιλαμβανόμαστε ως μεταβατικό στοιχείο προς τη θάλασσα. Σαν ένα τοπίο που επαναφέρει τη μνήμη του εργοστασίου μέσω των γραμμικών στοιχείων πρασίνου, σε αντιδιαστολή με τις χαράξεις που δημιουργήθηκαν στο συγκρότημα κατά τη διάρκεια των σχεδόν 100 ετών λειτουργίας και ύπαρξής του. Παράλληλα αυτός ο χώρος αξιοποιείται σαν ένα φίλτρο που κατευθύνει ελέυθερα τις κινήσεις και δημιουργεί πυκνότητες, προς την επέμβαση στην ακτογραμμή, εκεί όπου αποκαλύπτεται το παλαιό φυσικό όριο. Η κατασκευή μιας ξύλινης διαδρομής, πάνω απο τα βράχια, που βρίσκονται κατά μήκος της θάλασσας, προσφέρει στο χρήστη μια εναλλασσόμενη θέαση ανάμεσα στα θραύσματα του βιομηχανικού συγκροτήματος και τη θάλασσα. Λαμβάνοντας υπ’ όψιν τις διαφορετικές ποιότητες που μας δίνει ο τόπος ως αυτόνομες περιοχές, τις ερμηνεύουμε σύμφωνα με τις ιδιότητες τους ενισχύοντας ταυτόχρονα το φυσικό τους χαρακτήρα.	el
heal.abstract	The area of Drapetsona Fertilizers is an inactive area of 650 acres, thus creating a boundary between the city and the sea. Besides of an abandoned industrial complex, it is also a demolished site. We approach such an artificial landscape through numerous readings of it, suggesting smooth uses, so that the visitor can feel comfortable and get the site activated. Between the two boundaries, all the interventions have been made can be characterised as civil ones. Our proposal was to design a square, a threshold from the intense building structure of the city towards the urban free space of the fertilizers area, which we have perceived as a transition element towards the sea. As a landscape that brings back the memories of the factories in use through the linear elements of green, in contrast with the engraving was created during the 100 years of the operation and existence of the complex. Alongside this space is utilized as a filter that directs in a free way any movement while creates densities for intervention on the shoreline, where the old natural boundary is revealed. The construction of a wooden path, with both directions over the rocks along the sea as well as the main area of the complex, offers to the visitor an alternating view between land and sea. Considering the different elements of quality that the place provides us as autonomous regions, we interpret them according to their properties while enhancing their natural character.	en
