heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική αυτή, πέρα από μια σχεδιαστική πρόταση, επιχειρεί να διερευνήσει τα πολλαπλά σχεδιαστικά ερωτήματα που προκύπτουν από την αναζήτηση μιας σχέσης ανάμεσα στη γεωλογία και την αρχιτεκτονική. Αφορμή, αποτελεί η ιδιαίτερη γεωλογική ιστορία του Βούρινου, βουνού στα σύνορα νόμου Κοζάνης-Γρεβενών, ο όποιος μαζί με την Πίνδο και τα Γρεβενά κρύβει την ιστορία σχηματισμού όχι μόνο της Ελλάδας αλλά και ολόκληρης της Μεσογείου. To σημείο επέμβασης τοποθετείται στους πρόποδες του Βούρινου, σε άμεση σχέση με το ποτάμι του Αλιάκμονα και το νέο φράγμα του Ιλαρίωνα. Με την παρουσία του τελευταίου στην περιοχή κυριαρχεί η αντιστικτική σχέση μεταξύ φυσικού τοπίου και ανθρώπινης παρέμβασης, δίπολο που αναδεικνύεται σαν βασικός άξονας της σχεδιαστικής πρότασης. Η έννοια της γεωλογικής μεταβολής, η έννοια της ανθρώπινης παρέμβασης, αλλά και οι έννοιες της αναπαράστασης, της αντίληψης και της ερμηνείας του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος από τον άνθρωπο συνοψίζουν την προβληματική γύρω από το θέμα. Πρόθεση του σχεδιασμού είναι μια νέα ανάγνωση του φυσικού τοπίου της περιοχής μέσα από την ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση. Η ιδέα συνοψίζεται στην εισαγωγή στο φυσικό τοπίο ενός αυστηρού και ουδέτερου συστήματος αναφοράς που συμβολίζει τη σταθερότητα απέναντι στη διαρκή μεταβολή των γεωλογικών διεργασιών. Η χρήση της αυστηρής γεωμετρίας, η έννοια της οριζοντιότητας, η όσο το δυνατόν αναλλοίωτη διατήρηση του φυσικού αποτελούν κεντρικά σημεία της σύνθεσης.	el
heal.abstract	The diploma project, apart from a design proposal, seeks to explore the vast design questions that emerge from a certain relationship between architecture and geology. The initiative, is the particular geological history of Vourinos, mountain of the North-West Greece , which among it’s rock formations conceals the history of creation not only of Greece but of the whole Mediterranean as well. The site is in the foothills of Vourinos, in a direct relation to the river of Aliakmonas and the new dam of Ilarionas. The dipole between the natural environment and the human intervention that exists in the area is translated to the keystone of the design. The concept of the geological trans-formation, the human intervention and the perception and representation of the natural by human means describe the problematic. The design’s objective is a new interpretation of the natural environment through the human “act”. The idea can be summarized to the introduction to the landscape of a neutral and severe system of reference that symbolizes the stability versus the constant geological transformations. The use of strict geometry, the concept of the horizontality and the as far as possible maintenance of the natural constitute the basic concepts of the design.	en
