heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία έχει ως θέμα την κατασκευή ξύλινων κατοικιών με πυκνό και ελαφρύ σκελετό, οι οποίες προορίζονται για τη στέγαση ατόμων που μένουν άστεγοι λόγω της οικονομικής κρίσης. Μπορούν επίσης να χρησιμοποιηθούν και σε άλλες περιπτώσεις εκτάκτου ανάγκης, όπως φυσικές καταστροφές κτλ. Οι κατοικίες αποτελούνται από προκατασκευασμένα μέρη (υποστηλώματα, τοιχοποιίες, πατώματα), με κύριο δομικό υλικό το ξύλο, τα οποία συναρμολογούνται και αποσυναρμολογούνται εύκολα. Είναι ελαφριές και ευέλικτες κατασκευές καθώς μεταφέρονται και τοποθετούνται εύκολα και γρήγορα στο οικόπεδο. Η κεντρική ιδέα της εργασίας είναι η δημιουργία ενός δικτύου κατοικιών εντός ενός Δήμου που θα μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει τις ανάγκες των πολιτών οι οποίοι ανήκουν σε αυτόν και μένουν άστεγοι. Το δίκτυο αυτό θα μπορεί να προσαρμοστεί και να χρησιμοποιηθεί αντίστοιχα σε οποιονδήποτε Δήμο της Ελλάδας. Για την αναπαράσταση του δικτύο κατοικιών επιλέγεται ο Δήμος Αιγάλεω όπου στη συνέχεια επιλέγονται 9 οικόπεδα, κατάλληλα για την τοποθέτηση των ξύλινων κατοκιών. Εστιάζοντας στο σύμπλεγμα τριών από τα επιλεγμένα οικόπεδα, προτείνονται εναλλακτικοί συνδυασμοί των κατοικιών (συγκροτήματα), λαμβάνοντας υπόψην τη θέση και τον προσανατολισμό του κάθε οικοπέδου, την κλίμακα των γύρω κτιρίων και τη σχέση των οικοπέδων με το δημόσιο χώρο. Στόχος είναι επίσης σε όλους τους συνδυασμούς κατοικιών να αντιστοιχεί ένας υπαίθριος χώρος για την κάθε κατοικία. Οι κατοικίες που είναι δύο τύπων (μία μονόχωρη για 1-2 άτομα και μία δίχωρη για 3-5 άτομα) φτάνουν σε ύψος μέχρι δύο ορόφους, μελετώνται σε μικρή κλίμακα και παρουσιάζονται με οικοδομικές λεπτομέρειες και τομές.	el
heal.abstract	This thesis is a study on the construction of timber framed houses, intended for housing people who become homeless due to the economic crisis. They can also be used in other emergency situations such as natural disasters, etc. The houses consist of prefabricated parts (columns, walls, floors) with timber being the main material, which can be assembled and disassembled easily. They are lightweight, flexible constructions, and can be transported and installed easily and quickly on the site. The central idea of the project is the creation of a residential network in a municipality that can serve the needs of citizens who belong there. This network can be adapted and used respectively in any city of Greece. In order to represent this network the Municipality of Aigaleo is selected. Thereafter nine plots are selected as suitable for installation of the timber houses. Focusing on the complex of three of the selected plots, there are being proposed alternative combinations of housing, taking into consideration the location and orientation of each plot, the scale of the surrounding buildings and the relationship of the plots to the public space. The aim is also all housing complexes to correspond an open space in each house. The houses that are two types (a one-roomed for 1-2 persons and a two-room for 3-5 persons) reach in height to two floors, they are studied on a small scale and are presented with construction details and sections.	en
