heal.abstract	“ Ένα Ιμαρέτ είναι η γη. Το Ιμαρέτ του Θεού. Και εμείς οι φτωχοί, τα ορφανά και οι ταξιδιώτες της ζωής, που μας φιλοξένει.” Η περιήγηση στην Άρτα με οδηγό ένα μυθιστόρημα για την πόλη του 19ου αιώνα φέρνει τον μελετητή αντιμέτωπό με τα ίχνη της οθωμανικής της περιόδου. Δυο χαρακτηριστικά κτίσματα που σώζονται ως σήμερα είναι τα τεμένη του Φαϊκ Πασά και του Φεϋζουλλαχ. Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έρχεται, μέσα από την καταγραφή της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης των κτηρίων και την ιστορική τεκμηρίωση τους, να αναδείξει την ιστορική τους σημασία στην Άρτα του σήμερα. Επιπρόσθετα προτείνει τον επαναπροσδιορισμό τους μέσα στην πόλη όχι μόνο ως μουσεία του εαυτού τους αλλά προσδίδοντας τους χρήσεις ήπιου χαρακτήρα και προσφέροντας δραστηριότητες καθιστώντας τα ενεργά μέλη της πόλης. Συγκεκριμένα προτείνεται για το τέμενος του Φεϋζουλ η οργάνωση του, ως χώρου φύλαξης, αποκατάστασης και έκθεσης των ευρημάτων της τοπικής Βυζαντινής εφορίας αρχαιοτήτων. Ενώ το τέμενος του Φαϊκ Πασά συγκεντρώνει την ιστορική καταγραφή της οθωμανικής περιόδου της πόλης και παράλληλα οργανώνεται ένας χώρος καταγραφής της βαλκανικής μουσικής κληρονομιάς. Τέλος για τα δυο μνημεία προτείνεται η ενοποίηση των αρχαιολογικών χώρων μέσω δραστηριοτήτων στο παράκτιο τμήμα της πόλης επαναπροσδιορίζοντας την σχέση Άρτας και του ποταμού Αράχθου.	el
heal.abstract	" An Imaret is our land. The Imaret of the God. And for us, the poor ones, the orphans and the travelers of life, our host . " The tour guide of Arta with a novel about the city of the 19th century, brings the student confronted with the traces of the Ottoman period. Two characteristics buildings that have survived up to today are the mosques of Faik Pasha and Feyzoullah. This thesis comes through the recording of the existing condition of the buildings and their historical documentation in order to show their historical importance in Arta today. Additionally proposes how to redirecting them into the city, not only as museums themselves but also giving mild character uses and offering activities in order to making them active members of the city. Specifically recommended for the temple of Feyzoul the organization as a repository, rehabilitation and exposition area for the archaeologicalfindings that the local Byzantine curator is in charge. While the temple of Faik Pasha gathers the historical record of the Ottoman period of the city and also arranging a recording area about Balkan musical heritage. Finally for both monuments proposed consolidation of archaeological sites through activities in the coastal part of the city and redefining the relationship between town and the river Arachthos.	en
