heal.abstract	Η παρούσα εργασία εξετάζει τη βιωματική εμπειρία των χρηστών καθώς και την σημερινή κατάσταση κτηρίων και οικισμών που δημιουργήθηκαν από τις αρχές του ’80 μέχρι το 2012 στον νομό Αττικής και στις οποίες εφαρμόστηκαν οι αρχές βιοκλιματικού σχεδιασμού. Το βασικό ερώτημα, που γέννησε και την ιδέα αυτής της εργασίας, ήταν κατά πόσο η εφαρμογή βιοκλιματικών συστημάτων λειτούργησε θετικά στην περιοχή της Αττικής και αν οι χρήστες τελικά τα αξιοποίησαν μεταβάλλοντας, παράλληλα με το κτήριο, και τη συμπεριφορά τους ή αν τελικά τα συστήματα αυτά αποδείχτηκαν αναποτελεσματικά για τους χρήστες και αντικαταστάθηκαν ή συμπληρώθηκαν με συμβατικά συστήματα. Στις μέρες μας η βιοκλιματική αρχιτεκτονική τείνει να γίνει σύμφυτη έννοια με την «καλή» αρχιτεκτονική, καθώς οι προδιαγραφές και οι νομοθεσίες έχουν αλλάξει. Ωστόσο, όταν χτίστηκαν ορισμένα από τα αντικείμενα μελέτης της εργασίας, αποτελούσαν πρωτοποριακές κατασκευές και έδωσαν το έναυσμα για περαιτέρω έρευνα στον τομέα του ενεργειακού-βιοκλιματικού σχεδιασμού. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό εξετάζονται επιλεκτικά κτήρια και οικισμοί της Αττικής, από την πλευρά των χρηστών, οι οποίοι έρχονται σε καθημερινή επαφή με συστήματα και τεχνολογίες που επηρεάζουν τις συνθήκες διαβίωσης στο χώρο τους.	el
heal.abstract	Purpose of this paper is to examine the experience of users as well as the current state of buildings and residential areas created at the beginning of the 80’s until 2012 in the area of Attica, inspired by the bioclimatic movement. The fundamental question that led to the creation of this paper was whether the application of bioclimatic systems had positive effects in Attica and if the users made use of them, altering their behavior, or the systems proved to be ineffective and were replaced or supplemented by conventional solutions. In contemporary times bioclimatic architecture tends to coincide with the term of «good» architecture, since the specifications and laws have changed. Specific buildings included in the paper were novelties at their time for the bioclimatic architecture and became milestones in the research of bioclimatic building. Thus, certain buildings and residential areas were selected for research , relating to the viewpoint of everyday users of bioclimatic systems that affect their living conditions.	en
