heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί η ανάπτυξη ενός προγράμματος υπολογισμού των εκπομπών των αερίων του θερμοκηπίου όπως επίσης και μία ολοκληρωμένη μεθοδολογία σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες και κατευθύνσεις του Προτύπου IS0 14064-1:2006. Στα πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται παρουσίαση του φαινομένου του θερμοκηπίου όπως επίσης και των αερίων που το επηρεάζουν. Γίνεται αναφορά στο Δυναμικό Υπερθέρμανσης του Πλανήτη για όλα τα αέρια του θερμοκηπίου και των διεθνών οργανισμών που ασχολούνται με την κλιματική αλλαγή. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία χρονική ανασκόπηση των συμφωνιών που έχουν υπογραφεί όπως επίσης και των εξελίξεων τόσο στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση όσο στις Η.Π.Α. και την Κίνα και τους στόχους που έχουν τεθεί μέχρι το 2030. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στις μεθοδολογίες πάνω στις οποίες στηρίχθηκε η δημιουργία του προγράμματος MyCarbonFtprint. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η εξέλιξη του προγράμματος και εκτενής αναφορά των δεδομένων που καλείται να συμπληρώνει ο χρήστης για την εξαγωγή αποτελεσμάτων. Μία μορφή εγχειριδίου χρήσης. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζεται αναλυτικά το πρώτο μέρος του ISO 14064-1:2006. Στο έκτο κεφάλαιο αναπτύσσεται η προκύπτουσα από το Πρότυπο μεθοδολογία. Στο έβδομο κεφάλαιο εφαρμόζεται η αναπτυχθείσα μεθοδολογία σε εταιρεία και η ποσοτικοποίηση πραγματοποιείται με την χρήση του MyCarbonFtprint. Στο όγδοο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αξιολόγηση των εξαχθέντων αποτελεσμάτων, συγκριτική ανάλυση με τα αποτελέσματα εφαρμογής άλλης μεθόδου και παρουσίαση των συμπερασμάτων.	el
heal.abstract	Purpose of this diploma thesis is to develop a program for calculating the emissions of greenhouse gases as well as a comprehensive methodology in accordance with the instructions and directions Standard IS0 14064-1: 2006. In the first chapter we present the greenhouse as well as gases which affect it. Reference is made to the Planet Overheat potential for all GHGs and international organizations dealing with climate change. The second chapter is an overview of the time signed agreements as well as developments in the European Union, in the US and China and their targets by 2030. The third chapter is a reference to the above methodologies underlying the creation of MyCarbonFtprint program. The fourth chapter presents the development of the program and extensive reference data required to complement the user to export the results. A user manual form. In the fifth chapter, is presented in detail the first part of ISO 14064-1:2006. In the sixth chapter is developed the resulting from the standard methodology. In the seventh chapter the developed method is applied to a company and the measurement is performed using the MyCarbonFtprint. The eighth and final chapter refers to an assessment on the exported results, comparative analysis with the results of another method and presentation of findings.	en
