heal.abstract	Η έπαυλις Κονίδου βρίσκεται στον Κάμπο της Χίου και μελετάται παράλληλα με τα υπόλοιπα στοιχεία του υποστατικού στο οποίο ανήκει. Επίσης γίνεται διεξοδική περιγραφή και ανάλυση της αρχιτεκτονικής του Κάμπου προκειμένου να γίνει κατανοητό το κατασκευαστικό σύστημα με το οποίο έχει δομηθεί η έπαυλις Κονίδου και να εντοπιστούν οι κατασκευαστικές φάσεις της, δηλαδή η εξέλιξή της κατά τη διάρκεια της ιστορίας της. Περιγράφονται τα χαρακτηριστικά για τα οποία θα μπορούσε να θεωρηθεί αντιπροσωπευτικό δείγμα της αρχιτεκτονικής αυτής, αλλά και οι ιδιαιτερότητες της που τη διαφοροποιούν και την καθιστούν μοναδική. Τα παραπάνω είναι οι λόγοι που το μνημείο αυτό είναι τόσο σημαντικό και η πρόταση επανάχρησης που προτείνεται αποσκοπεί στη δημιουργία κινήτρων αναγέννησης όλου του υποστατικού γεγονός που θα συμβάλλει στη διατήρηση του χαρακτήρα του ιστορικού οικισμού του Κάμπου γενικότερα.	el
heal.abstract	The manor house named Konidiko is located in Kampos of Chios and it is studied with all the elements of the farm in which it is situated. Also become extensive description and analysis of architecture of Kampos so that becomes comprehensible the constructional system with which Konidiko has been structured and detect its constructional phases, that is to say the way it was shaped during its history.
