heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η αποτύπωση, η διερεύνηση της σεισμικής συμπεριφοράς, η αποτίμηση καθώς και οι προτεινόμενες επεμβάσεις σε κτήριο με βλάβες από φέρουσα τοιχοποιία στις Πινακάτες Πηλίου. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται γενικές πληροφορίες για τον οικισμό στον οποίο βρίσκεται το κτήριο μελέτης. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο δίνονται στοιχεία για το ιστορικό του κτηρίου και γίνεται μια γενική περιγραφή του, ενώ στο τρίτο περιγράφεται αναλυτικά ο φέρον οργανισμός του. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο καταγράφονται οι βλάβες και οι φθορές που εμφανίζονται στο κτήριο. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι εργαστηριακές δοκιμές που εκτελέστηκαν σε λιθοσώματα και κονίαμα του κτηρίου και προσδιορίζεται η θλιπτική αντοχή της τοιχοποιίας. Στο έκτο κεφάλαιο διαμορφώνεται το υπολογιστικό ομοίωμα της κατασκευής με τη μέθοδο των πεπερασμένων στοιχείων με το πρόγραμμα SAP2000. Στο έβδομο παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα της υπολογιστικής ανάλυσης και στη συνέχεια αξιολογούνται και συγκρίνονται με την αποτυπωμένη παθολογία του κτηρίου μελέτης. Στο όγδοο κεφάλαιο προτείνονται κατάλληλες επεμβάσεις και εξετάζεται η αποτελεσματικότητά τους και τέλος στο ένατο εξάγονται συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από την εκπόνηση της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας.	el
heal.abstract	The present thesis focuses on the investigation, the evaluation of the seismic behavior, and the proposed interventions to a damaged building of masonry in Pinakates of Pilion. The first chapter presents general information about the location of the examined building. The second chapter provides information on the history of the building and gives a general description of the building. The third chapter describes in detail the structural system and the framework of the building. The fourth chapter emphasizes on the damages and cracks which exist on the building. The fifth chapter presents the laboratory tests which were carried out in natural stone and mortar of the building, and provides calculation of the compressive strength of masonry. The sixth chapter is dedicated to the formation of the computational model of the structure with the finite element method using SAP2000. The seventh chapter presents the results of the analysis with SAP2000, which are evaluated and compared with the existing pathology of the building. In the eighth chapter the alternative methods of intervention are presented and their effectiveness is examined. Finally, the ninth chapter ends with conclusions which emerged from the preparation of this thesis.	en
