heal.abstract	Στη συγκεκριμένη διπλωματική εργασία γίνεται μια πρόταση για το κτίριο του δημοτικού ωδείου της Σητείας. Η παρέμβαση πραγματοποιείται στο χώρο που βρίσκεται το δημοτικό κτίριο που μέχρι το 2014 φιλοξενούσε το ωδείο αλλά πλέον έχει θεωρηθεί ακατάλληλο προς χρήση και έχει εκκενωθεί. Η πρόταση λοιπόν γίνεται σε ένα σημείο της πόλης που είναι ήδη συνδεδεμένο με τη χρήση του ωδείου, αρκετά κεντρικό αλλά και στο μέγεθος που απαιτείται για τη δημιουργία ενός μουσικού ιδρύματος τοπικής κλίμακας. Η κεντρική συνθετική ιδέα βασίστηκε στο ιδιαίτερα στενό και μακρύ σχήμα του οικοπέδου καθώς και στη δημιουργία ενός διαμπερούς άξονα δημόσιας κίνησης που να συνδέει τους δύο δρόμους δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα μιας ακόμα όψης στο κτίριο. Στη συνέχεια εκφράστηκε με τη δημιουργία ενός αυστηρού κλειστού μετώπου στη μια μεσοτοιχία από το οποίο εξωθούνται οι κτιριακοί όγκοι. Οι όγκοι αυτοί διαμορφώνονται με βάση τις χρήσεις και τις οπτικές φυγές. Ακόμα μελετήθηκε η ακουστική των κυρίων χώρων του ωδείου, δηλαδή της αίθουσας των εκδηλώσεων και των αιθουσών ατομικής διδασκαλίας ως προς τη γεωμετρία, τις αναλογίες και τα υλικά τους με σκοπό την επίτευξη των κατάλληλων χρόνων αντήχησης και των επιθυμητών επιπέδων θορύβου. Τέλος η μελέτη έφτασε μέχρι την κλίμακα 1:50 με κάποιες λεπτομέρειες σε 1:10.	el
heal.abstract	The diploma thesis project is a proposal for the Municipal Conservatory of Sitia. The intervention takes place in the area where is the municipal building that housed the conservatory until 2014. Today is evacuated due to static problems. Thus the proposal takes place in a point of the city that is already connected with the conservatory use. An area quite central and big enough to house a local scale musical institution. The main idea is based on the narrow and long shape of the site and on the creation of a public movement through it that connects the two roads, in the narrow sides, giving an extra face to the building. It is expressed by creating a strict high wall in one of the long sides from which the building volumes come out. These volumes are formed based on uses and side views. Moreover the acoustics of the main spaces of the conservatory are studied, which are the events hall and the practice rooms in terms of geometry, proportions and materials with the purpose of achieving appropriate reverberation times and desired noise levels. Finally, the project is presented in scale 1:50 with some details in 1:10.	en
