heal.abstract	Η Διπλωματική εργασία αφορά το σχεδιασμό μιας σύγχρονης επισκέψιμης βιώσιμης οινοποιητικής μονάδας σε μια έκταση πλησίον της λίμνης Μαραθώνα. Αφορμή για τη συγκεκριμένη διπλωματική υπήρξε η πληθώρα αμπελουργικών εκτάσεων στην ευρύτερη περιοχή, καθώς και η σύχρονη τάση για εκπαίδευση και ενημέρωση του κοινού μέσω των δρόμων του κρασιού για την διαδικασία της οινοποίησης. Κατά τον σχεδιασμό επιδιώκεται η ομαλή ένταξη του κτιρίου στο τοπίο και η εναρμόνιση με τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο και για το σκοπό αυτό αξιοποιούνται οι αντιθέσεις του τοπίου (φως-σκιά, επιπεδότητα-κατακορυφότητα, στενές-ευρείες θεάσεις, γη-νερό) και η έντονη μορφολογία του εδάφους. Το κτιριολογικό πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει τη γραμμή παραγωγής (παραλαβή σταφυλιών, οινοποίηση, παλαίωση, εμφιάλωση, αποθήκευση), χώρους προσωπικού (διοίκηση, χημείο), καθώς και χώρους για τους επισκέπτες (εστιατόριο, χώρο γευσιγνωσίας, μουσείο οίνου). Ο σχεδιασμός του κτιρίου γίνεται σε διαδοχικά επίπεδα που εξυπηρετούν τη γραμμή παραγωγής (μεταφορά του κρασιού μέσω της βαρύτητας), ενώ παράλληλα δίνει στον επισκέπτη την αίσθηση της συνεχούς κατάβασης - μύησης στον κόσμο του κρασιού. Την ίδια λογική ακολουθεί και ο σχεδιασμός του περιβάλλοντος χώρου, ο οποίος δέχεται ήπιες επεµβάσεις µε διαδρομές και σηµεία στάσης που προσφέρουν πανοραμική θέα στη λίμνη, έτσι ώστε το τοπίο να συμπληρώνει και να αναδεικνύει την κεντρική συνθετική ιδέα.	el
heal.abstract	This Diploma thesis deals with the design of a modern visitable sustainable winemaking unit in an area near Marathon Lake. The reason for this thesis was the abundance of wine-growing areas in the region, as well as the modern trend for education and information of the public about the winemaking process through the wine roads. The design seeks for the smooth integration of the building into the landscape and harmonization with the surrounding area and for this purpose the contrasts of the scenery (light-shadow, flatness-verticality, narrow-wide views, land-water) and the intense topographical morphology are being used as motives. The building program includes the production line (receiving grapes, vinification, aging, bottling, storage), staff areas (administration, laboratory), as well as places for visitors (restaurant, tasting room, wine museum). The design of the building is done in successive levels that serve the production line (transfer of wine by gravity), while giving the visitor the feeling of the continuous descent - initiation into the world of wine. The same logic and design is being used in the design of the landscape which gets mild interventions and stopping points offering panoramic views of the lake, so that the landscape completes and highlights the central compositional idea.	en
