heal.abstract	Το θέμα της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι ο σχεδιασμός συγκροτήματος Φοιτητικών Κατοικιών στην Καλλιθέα. Αφετηρία της η μελέτη συλλογικής κατοικίας ενταγμένης σε πυκνά δομημένο αστικό ιστό. Στόχος της εργασίας: • Ο σχεδιασμός φοιτητικής εστίας. • Προσφορά δημόσιου χώρου στη γειτονιά με λειτουργίες με άμεση αναφορά σ’ αυτήν. Η περιοχή επέμβασης είναι ο Δήμος Καλλιθέας. Επιλέγεται λόγω της ύπαρξης σ’ αυτόν δύο πανεπιστημιακών ιδρυμάτων (Χαροκόπειο και Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο) και της έλλειψης εστιών για τα ιδρύματα αυτά. Το οικοδομικό τετράγωνο επέμβασης είναι έναντι του Χαροκοπείου. Η μελέτη βασίζεται σε πρόταση ενοποίησης τριών ανενεργών οικοπέδων. Η πρόταση αποτελείται από τον α)σχεδιασμό της φοιτητικής εστίας και β)την παρέμβαση στο οικοδομικό τετράγωνο με σχεδιασμό δημόσιων λειτουργιών. Η πρόταση δημόσιων λειτουργιών περιλαμβάνει την δημιουργία «Κέντρου δημιουργικής απασχόλησης» για παιδιά και επανάχρηση του μικρου γωνιακού διατηρητέου κτίσματος στην ανατολική γωνία του Ο.Τ. ως «Σταθμό φύλαξης παιδιών» με την πρόθεση να λειτουργεί ως κοινωνικός πόλος για την περιοχή. Στο συγκρότημα κατοικιών οι πλέον «δημόσιες» λειτουργίες τοποθετούνται στο επίπεδο του ισογειου: κοινόχρηστα πλυντήρια, γραφείο διεύθυνσης, εστιατόριο, καφέ-αναψυκτήριο, με ελεγχόμενη πρόσβαση στους φοιτητές αλλά και αλληλεπίδραση με την ευρύτερη γειτονιά και τις δημόσιες χρήσεις για παιδιά που προτείνονται. Στα επίπεδα των ορόφων σχεδιάζεται η φοιτητική κατοικία ενώ το δώμα αξιοποιείται ως «κοινόχρηστος συλλογικός χώρος» για τους φοιτητές-ενοίκους.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of this thesis is to design a complex of Student Residences in Kallithea. Starting point is the study of collective dwelling affiliated in densely built urban fabric. The aim of this work is: • Student residency design. • Offer public space in the neighborhood with functions with direct reference to it. The area of intervention is the municipality of Kallithea. Is selected due to presence of two universities (Harokopion and Panteion University) and the lack of public student dwellings for these institutions. The block is in the opposite side of Harokopion Univercity. The study is based on a proposal of consolidation of three inactive sites. The proposal consists of i) designing of student dwellings and ii) interfering in the block through the design of public functions. The proposal for public function includes the design of a creative activity center for children and a the restoration and re-use of the small protected and listed building in the east corner of the block as a kindergarten with the intention of working as a social “magnet” for the region. The most “public” functions are placed a the floor level: laundry, office, restaurant, cafe-refreshment, with controlled access to students but also interaction with the wider neighborhood and the proposal for public uses for children. The student accommodation is in the floor levels while terrace is being used as “shared collective space” for the students-tenants of the dwellings.	en
