heal.abstract	Η «κρίση» της κατοικίας στην Ελλάδα αποτελεί σήμερα (2015) ένα από τα πιο κρίσιμα κοινωνικά και πολιτικά προβλήματα και είναι άμεσα συνδεδεμένη με την γενικότερη κρίση του κοινωνικο-οικονομικού συστήματος και τις ασκούμενες πολιτικές λιτότητας. Με αφετηρία τους προβληματισμούς που αναπτύσσονται γύρω από τη «στεγαστική κρίση» στην Ελλάδα κατά τα τελευταία πέντε χρόνια, επιδιώκεται να μελετηθούν οι ασκούμενες και προωθούμενες πολιτικές για την κατοικία, τόσο του ελληνικού κράτους, όσο και του χρηματοπιστωτικού συστήματος, επικεντρώνοντας κυρίαρχα στο ζήτημα των κόκκινων δανείων. Οι σημερινές τάσεις υποδεικνύουν αλλαγή του υποδείγματος για την πρόσβαση στην κατοικία. Για να γίνει κατανοητή αυτή η αλλαγή μελετάται και η γενεαλογία των πολιτικών του κράτους για την απόκτηση στέγης στην Ελλάδα και την προώθηση της ιδιοκατοίκησης. Εξετάζεται επίσης η «άλλη όψη» του νομίσματος: οι αντιστάσεις ενάντια στις πολιτικές διαχείρισης του ζητήματος των κόκκινων δανείων, τις κατασχέσεις και τους πλειστηριασμούς. Η εργασία αυτή δεν έχει σκοπό απλώς να καταγραφούν οι πολιτικές που αφορούν στη διαχείριση των κόκκινων δανείων και να περιγραφούν οι πιθανές συνέπειές τους, όσο περισσότερο να ψηλαφηθούν πιθανές απαντήσεις απέναντι σε αυτές.	el
heal.abstract	The housing "crisis" in Greece is today (2015) one of the most critical social and political problems and is directly linked to the general crisis of the socio-economic system and the austerity policies. Starting with the reflections of the "housing crisis" in Greece over the last five years, this dissertation aims to study the applied and promoted housing policies, both by the Greek state and the financial system, focusing predominantly on the issue of the red loans. Current trends suggest that the model for housing access is changing. To understand this transition, the pedigree of state policies for housing acquisition in Greece and the previous homeownership promotion are studied, too. The resistances against the mortgage arrears management policies, foreclosures and auctions are also examined. This work is not intended merely to list the policies relating to the management of mortgage arrears and describe their possible consequences, but mainly to approach possible answers against them.	en
