heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική αυτή εργασία έχει ως θέμα κοινωνικά εργαστήρια υφαντικής και κεραμικής στην Ακαδημία Πλάτωνος. Ανάλογης δραστηριότητας εργαστήριο υπάρχει ήδη στην περιοχή από το 1990, το οποίο παραδίδει εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα σε δημοτικά σχολεία.Η πρόταση περιλαμβάνει την ενίσχυση και την διεύρυνση των υπάρχουσων λειτουργιών του εργαστηρίου με την αλλαγή του από ιδιωτική επιχείρηση σε κοινωνική ,περιλαμβάνοντας εκτός από εκπαιδευτικές δραστηριότητες την παραγωγή προϊόντων και την επανατοποθέτησή του σε ευνοϊκότερη θέση σε σχέση με το χώρο πρασίνου της περιοχής.Οι σχεδιαστικές κατευθύνσεις ορίστηκαν μέσα από την εννοιολογική και ιστορική ανάλυση των δύο αυτών λαϊκών τεχνών.Τα δύο εργαστήρια αποτελούν αυτόνομες μονάδες ενός ενιαίου συνόλου και διαμορφώνονται μέσα από διαδρομές που ανάγονται στην έννοια της περιστροφής.Το εργαστήριο της κεραμικής υπογειοποιείται, στραμμένο προς τη γη, ενώ της υφαντικής ακολουθώντας τη συνέχεια ενός καννάβου αναρτάται σε αυτόν και καταλαμβάνει τις στάθμες του 1ου και 2ου ορόφου αφήνοντας τη στάθμη του εδάφους ελεύθερη στις κοινές-συνδετικές λειτουργίες των δύο εργαστηρίων.	el
heal.abstract	This diploma project is about the creation of communal weaving and ceramics workrooms in the area of Akadimia Platonos. Such a workroom already exists since 1990 in the area, regularly delivering pottery training courses to primary school student groups. This project chooses to amplify and expand the existing workroom's activities, and also changes it from a small private business to a social/community infrastructure. The new weaving and pottery center proposed will not only include educational and training activities, but will also make possible producing such artifacts for everyone interested; it is also re-located in a more favorable location, next to other green and communal spaces of the area. The main design concepts of the center proposed were mostly determined through the semantic and historical analysis of these two popular crafts. The two workroom units have been designed as separate and independent elements of the whole infrastructure, and they are organized around walking paths created using a peristrophical sense of moving. The ceramics workshop has been created underground, in close relationship with the earth and soil around it; while the weaving workroom is placed on the 1st and 2nd floors, based on a grid, leaving thus the ground-floor level free for all the common activities of both the workshops.	en
