| heal.abstract | Η πορεία της εργασίας είναι η εξής: Αρχικά, παρουσιάζεται το αντικείμενο της διπλωματικής εργασίας και όλες του οι πτυχές. Πρώτα, παρουσιάζεται το αντικείμενο σε σχέση με το περιβάλλον στο οποίο τοποθετείται, τόσο το φυσικό όσο και το ανθρωπογενές, καθώς και τα γενικά ιστορικά στοιχεία που καθόρισαν τον ευρύτερο χώρο από τα τέλη του 19ου αι. και έπειτα. Πριν ξεκινήσει η περιγραφή του ίδιου του συγκροτήματος, περιγράφεται η παραγωγική διαδικασία της πυρηνελαιουργίας, οι αρχές στις οποίες βασίζεται αλλά και η εξέλιξη της από τότε που εφευρέθηκε μέχρι και σήμερα. Παράλληλα, παρουσιάζεται η εξέλιξη των κτιρίων που περιείχαν την διαδικασία αυτή. Ακολουθεί η ιστορική τεκμηρίωση του συγκροτήματος και η παρουσίαση της εξέλιξης του από τότε που δημιουργήθηκε μέχρι σήμερα. Παρατίθενται γενικά ιστορικά στοιχεία και γίνεται μια προσπάθεια χρονολόγησης των διαφόρων κτιρίων που αποτελούν το συγκρότημα. Παρουσιάζονται γενικά ιστορικά στοιχεία και υποθέσεις για το δυτικό πυρηνελαιουργείο ενώ αναλύεται σε βάθος η εξέλιξη του ανατολικού. Παρουσιάζονται τόσο οι «τεχνολογικές» του φάσεις (εξέλιξη της τεχνολογίας και των μηχανημάτων που περιείχε) όσο και οι οικοδομικές (των κτιρίων). Στην συνέχεια, παρουσιάζεται η υπάρχουσα κατάσταση του συγκροτήματος. Περιγράφονται οι χώροι του και το ανατολικό πυρηνελαιουργείο περιγράφεται σε μεγαλύτερο βάθος. Ακολουθεί η περιγραφή του τρόπου κατασκευής και των υλικών του συγκροτήματος και ιδιαίτερα του ανατολικού πυρηνελαιουργείου αλλά και η τυπολογική και μορφολογική του ανάλυση, καθώς και η συγκριτική εξέταση με άλλα κτίρια ίδιου τύπου. Η περιγραφή της υπάρχουσας κατάστασης καταλήγει με την περιγραφή των φθορών στα κτίρια και των λόγων που προκλήθηκαν και την παρουσίαση της κατάστασης διατήρησης του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού. Οι προτάσεις συντήρησης και αποκατάστασης ξεκινούν με την περιγραφή των βασικών στόχων και των αρχών που τέθηκαν κατά τον σχεδιασμό, συνεχίζουν με την παρουσίαση της προτεινόμενης χρήσης και του σεναρίου επανάχρησης του συγκροτήματος. Ακόμα, παρουσιάζεται, σε μεγαλύτερο βάθος, η επέμβαση στο ανατολικό πυρηνελαιουργείο. Παρατίθενται κατασκευαστικά στοιχεία σχετικά με την στερέωση των κτιρίων και τις νέες κατασκευές που προτείνονται τόσο σε επίπεδο συγκροτήματος αλλά κυρίως σχετικά με το ανατολικό πυρηνελαιουργείο. Τέλος, παρουσιάζονται διάφορες κατασκευαστικές λεπτομέρειες. | el |
| heal.abstract | The course of study is as follows: Initially, the subject of the thesis and all its aspects are presented. Firstly, the object is studied in relation to the environment in which it is placed, both natural and manmade, and the general historic facts that determined the wider area from the late 19th century and then. Before the description of the complex itself, the process of olive kernel oil extraction is described, its main principles and the evolution of the relevant technology since the process was invented until today. At the same time, the development of buildings that contained this process is described. The historical documentation of the complex and the presentation of its evolution since its creation until today follows. General historical data concerning the complex is presented and an attempt is made to date the different buildings that compose the industrial complex. Concerning the western industry, broad historical data is presented and general assumptions are made but the eastern one is analyzed in depth. The "technological" phases (development of technology and equipment contained) as well as the phases of construction (buildings) are presented. Then, the current state of the complex is described. The different spaces are described and the eastern industry is described in greater depth. The description of the ways of construction of the buildings and the materials follows, especially for the eastern factory, as well as the typological and morphological analysis and comparison with other buildings of the same type. The description of the current state ends with the description of the decay of the buildings and the reasons that caused it as well as the conservation status of the machinery. The conservation and restoration proposals begin with the description of the basic objectives and principles established in the design process and continue with the presentation of the proposed use and the reuse scenario of the complex. Furthermore, the intervention to the eastern factory is described in depth. Structural issues concerning the restoration of the buildings and the new constructions are presented about the whole complex and especially for the eastern factory. The thesis ends with the presentation of structural details. | en |
