heal.abstract	Αντικείμενο της διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί η πρόταση στατικής ενίσχυσης του πυρηνελαιουργείου- σαπωνοποιείου στον Αγ. Ισίδωρο Πλωμαρίου Λέσβου.Το εν λόγω μνημείο αποτελεί ένα από τα πρώτα του συγκεκριμένου τύπου. Παράλληλα, η αξία του ως τοπόσημο στην είσοδο του οικισμού, η σύνδεση του με την ιστορία του τόπου ως σύμβολο της βιομηχανικής ακμής και της κατάρρευσης του Πλωμαρίου και η αξία του φυσικού τοπίου, υπαγορεύουν τη σημασία, το ενδιαφέρον και τη δυσκολία στην αντιμετώπιση του θέματος. Η διπλωματική αυτή έγινε σε συνεργασία με τον αρχιτέκτονα μηχανικό Βαγγέλη Σιδερή του οποίου αντικείμενο της διπλωματικής αποτελούσε η επανάχρηση του συγκροτήματος. Οι δύο διπλωματικές διεξήχθησαν ανεξάρτητες και παράλληλες ταυτόχρονα. Αντικείμενο υπήρξε αρχικά η καταγραφή και αξιολόγηση της παθολογίας των κτισμάτων καθώς και η κατασκευαστική τους ανάλυση. Λόγω της πολύ κακής κατάστασης των κτηρίων εξαιτίας της εγκατάλειψης, των σοβαρών επιπτώσεων λόγω γειτνίασης με το θαλάσσιο περιβάλλον κρίθηκε ανώφελη η αποτίμηση της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης. Εντοπίστηκαν όλα τα κρίσιμα κατασκευαστικά θέματα που θα έπρεπε να ληφθούν υπ' όψιν στη διαμόρφωση μιας ρεαλιστικής αρχιτεκτονικής πρότασης και αποφασίστηκε η ανάγκη των πρώτων παρεμβάσεων. Με την πρώιμη διαμόρφωση της ιδέας της επανάχρησης και τον προσδιορισμό της μορφής των επιμέρους κτισμάτων στα βασικά σημεία τους , διεξήχθη έλεγχος στατικής επάρκειας, θεωρώντας τις ελάχιστες δυνατές επεμβάσεις που όριζαν οι άξονες αυτής της αρχιτεκτονικής πρότασης. Έτσι διαμορφώθηκαν δύο διαφορετικά κτήρια τα οποία έπρεπε να μελετηθούν. Με τη διαδικασία της προσομοίωσης προσδιορίστηκαν οι ασθενείς ζώνες των επιμέρους κτηρίων (πυρηνελαιουργείο - σαπωνοποιείο) και ελέγχθηκε η στατική τους επάρκεια. Μετά την αξιολόγηση των αποτελεσμάτων της, κρίθηκε αναγκαία η περαιτέρω ενίσχυση αυτής της κατασκευής. Μετά από διερεύνηση των εναλλακτικών επιλογών διατάξεων και λύσεων ενίσχυσης, η αρχιτεκτονική πρόταση διαμόρφωσε και διαμορφώθηκε από την τελική επιλογή. Η λύση αυτή ελέγχθηκε για την επάρκεια της. Παράλληλα εξετάστηκαν τα κατασκευαστικά ζητήματα τα οποία ανέκυψαν για την κατασκευαστική υλοποίηση αυτής της λύσης.	el
heal.abstract	The subject of the present thesis is a proposal of static reinforcement of the olive kernel oil & soap industry, in Agios Isidoros of Plomari, Lesvos. The monument is one of the first examples of its type. Furthermore, its value as a reference point landmark situated at the entrance of the village, its connection with the industry history of Plomari during the periods of prime and collapse and the natural landscape that it is situated in, impose both the importance and the difficulty of handling this particular matter. The thesis was held in cooperation with Vaggelis Sideris, architecture engineer, whose subject was the reuse of the bulding complex. The two theses progressed both independently and in parallel collaboration. The first goal was the registration and evaluation of the pathologies of the building, alongside with their structural analysis. It was decided that a mathematical valuation (via modeling) of the present state of the construction, was unavailing, because of the bad state of the buildings, as a result of the chronic abandonment and the close proximity with the marine environment, that have caused grave effects upon the construction. Instead that, the critical construction problems were spotted and been taken under consideration in the composition of a realistic architectural proposition and in the decision of the first interventions. With the first formation of the idea of the reuse and the spesification of the form of each building, static efficiency check was conducted, based on the least possible interventions, as set in the architectural proposition. As a result, two different buildings were formed to be studied. Through simulation, the weak zones of the buildings were determined (olive kernel oil building & soap industry building), and their static efficiency was checked. After the evaluation of the results, the reinforcement of the construction was found necesary. Through the alternative options of reinforcement, the architectural proposition formed and was formed by the final selection. This solution was checked for its efficiency. Moreover the difficulties that appeared on the subject of the constructional materialization of the proposed solution, were analyzed and studied upon.	en
