heal.abstract	Ο σκοπός της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η μελέτη του περιβάλλοντος των καινοτόμων νεοφυών επιχειρήσεων (startup) στην Ελλάδα, όπως αυτό έχει αναπτυχθεί τα τελευταία έτη και η αλληλεπίδραση που υπάρχει μεταξύ των startup επιχειρήσεων με τις λοιπές δομές υποστήριξης. Αρχικά, αναλύεται η έννοια των startup επιχειρήσεων και οι προσδιοριστικοί παράγοντες που τις χαρακτηρίζουν, καθώς και η ανάπτυξη του καινοτόμου νεοφυούς επιχειρείν παγκοσμίως τα τελευταία έτη. Ακολουθεί η ανάλυση των δομών που αποτελούν το οικοσύστημα των νεοφυών επιχειρήσεων και περιλαμβάνουν τους μηχανισμούς επιχειρηματικής επώασης, τους επιταχυντές, τους συνεργατικούς χώρους, τους φορείς χρηματοδότησης και τις λοιπές πρωτοβουλίες στήριξης. Το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο ολοκληρώνεται με παρουσίαση δεδομένων σχετικών με την ανάπτυξη των νεοφυών επιχειρήσεων και των δομών υποστήριξης στην Ελλάδα. Στο επόμενο τμήμα, γίνεται η παρουσίαση των αποτελεσμάτων της έρευνας πεδίου που διενεργήθηκε στα πλαίσια της διπλωματικής εργασίας και εστιάζει στις σχέσεις των νεοφυών επιχειρήσεων με το υπόλοιπο οικοσύστημα στην Ελλάδα. Η έρευνα απευθύνθηκε σε 77 νεοφυείς επιχειρήσεις που αναπτύχθηκαν στην Ελλάδα τα τελευταία 5 έτη και κινείται σε 4 άξονες: 1. Αναγνώριση της κατάστασης των επιχειρήσεων μέσω ερωτήσεων σχετικών με την δραστηριότητα τους. 2. Μελέτη της επιχειρηματικής ομάδας και της προέλευσης της επιχειρηματική ιδέας. 3. Συμμετοχή των νεοφυών επιχειρήσεων σε δομές υποστήριξης και φορείς χρηματοδότησης και αξιολόγηση αυτών. 4. Αξιολόγηση του Ελληνικού επιχειρηματικού περιβάλλοντος, καταγραφή των κυριότερων εμποδίων και δράσεις ανάπτυξης της νεοφυούς επιχειρηματικότητας στα πανεπιστήμια. Η διπλωματική εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με προσπάθεια εξαγωγής συμπερασμάτων που στηρίζονται στο συνδυασμό των αποτελεσμάτων της έρευνας με τις πληροφορίες που συλλέχθηκαν στο θεωρητικό μέρος. Με βάση τα συμπεράσματα αυτά και τις απαντήσεις των συμμετεχόντων διατυπώνονται κάποιες προτάσεις που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιώσουν την τρέχουσα κατάσταση, να προωθήσουν την ανάπτυξη των νεοφυών επιχειρήσεων στην Ελλάδα και να βελτιώσουν την λειτουργία και την αποδοτικότητα των δομών υποστήριξης.	el
heal.abstract	The goal of this thesis is the study and research of th e business environment of start up companies in Greece, of the way it has evolved during the last years as well as of the interaction between the start - up companies and the structures that support entrepreneurship. To begin with, we analyzed the concept of a start up company and the fundamental factors that determine it as well as the development of entrepreneurship worldwide during the last years. Furthermore, we studied the structures that form the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Those structures are the incubators, acce lerators, co - working spaces, venture capitals and other initiatives that support entrepreneurial projects. In closing, we present data regarding the development of start - up companies and supporting structures in Greece. In the next section, we present the results of the research that was conducted for the thesis and focuses o n the relationship of the start up companies and the rest business ecosystem in Greece. The research addressed 77 start - up companies that were founded and developed in Greece the last 5 years. The 4 main areas of the study are the following: 1. Recognition of the status of the companies by using questions regarding their activity. 2. Study of the business team and of the origins of the idea. 3. Participation of the start - up companies to suppor ting structures and venture capitals and rating of them. 4. Evaluation of the Greek startup community, registration of the most important obstacles and of the activities that take place in universities with the scope to promote entrepreneurship. In conclusion , the thesis results were achieved by matching the research findings with the theoretical information. Those conclusions and the answers of the participants helped us form some suggestions that could improve the present situation, promote the development o f start - ups in Greece and play an important role in improving the efficiency of the supporting structures.	en
