heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία σχετίζεται με το πεδίο του εργονομικού σχεδιασμού σε οικιακούς χώρους και αποσκοπεί στο να παρουσιάσει ένα μοντέλο εργονομικής χωροθέτησης σε σχέση με το χώρο της οικιακής κουζίνας, με βάση τιθέμενους περιορισμούς που σχετίζονται τόσο με δομικές παραμέτρους, όσο και με παραμέτρους σχετιζόμενες με τους χρήστες και τις διαδικασίες που λαμβάνουν χώρα σε αυτόν. Παρά το γεγονός ότι η χωροταξική προσέγγιση ενός οικιακού χώρου κουζίνας, αποτελεί μια σύνθετη διαδικασία, η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία κατάφερε να καταλήξει σε ένα βοήθημα προσέγγισης και δημιουργίας ενός βέλτιστου αποτελέσματος με βάση τα κριτήρια τα οποία τέθηκαν. Επιπρόσθετα, η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε στην παρούσα εργασία, μπορεί να αποτελέσει ένα μοντέλο που μπορεί να ακολουθηθεί για την εύρεση βέλτιστων χωροταξικών λύσεων όχι μόνο για οικιακούς χώρους, αλλά και για χώρους μεγαλύτερης εμβέλειας, όπως για παράδειγμα αποτελούν χώροι εργασίας εταιριών, βιομηχανικοί χώροι κλπ.	el
heal.abstract	The present diploma thesis relates to the field of ergonomic design in residential areas and aims to provide an ergonomic siting model relative to the domestic kitchen, based on fixed limits associated with structural parameters and with parameters associated with the users and the processes taking place in it. Despite the fact that the territorial approach of a home kitchen space is a complex process, this thesis has managed to come up with a unique and optimal result based on the criteria entered. Furthermore, the methodology used in this study, can be a model that can be followed to find the best spatial solutions not only for residential but also for broader areas, such as industrial premises.	en
