heal.abstract	The following graduation thesis is keen on the critical analysis and evaluation of the statutory touristy investment, under the title of ‘ITANOS GAIA’, at Kavo Sidero of the municipality of Itanos in the prefecture of Lasithi located at the area of Eastern Crete. It is about a gigantic investment both in terms of land length and financial inventive cost, being about the largest investment in Greece in the section of composite touristy golf compounds which is already in an advanced state of undertaking. The land in which the undertaking project will take place is estimated at 25.000 acres and belongs to the public welfare church institution “Panagia Acrotiriani” which was established in 1991 by the Holy Metropolis of Ierapytnis and Sitias and the Holy Monastery Toploy. The project’s budget estimates at 1,2 billion Euros and has been taken over by the company Loyalward Limited, an English enterprise seated at London, which is subsidiary of Minoan Group Plc (former Loyalward Group Plc).	en
