heal.abstract	Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η εργονομική αξιολόγηση των θέσεων εργασίας στο τμήμα Dressings, βιομηχανίας τροφίμων ύστερα από απουσίες και παράπονα των εργαζομένων. Η αξιολόγηση έγινε κυρίως με την μέθοδο της εργονομικής αξιολόγησης της εργασίας και δευτερευόντος με την χρήση εργαλείου αξιολόγησης των θέσεων εργασίας. Τέλος καταλήξαμε σε σαφή συμπεράσματα για κάθε θέση εργασίας και προτείναμε βελτιώσεις στις πιο επιβαρυμένες.	el
heal.abstract	The aim of this dissertation is the ergonomic evaluation of the jobs in the department of dressings of a food factory following complaints and absences from work due to injuries of the musculoskeletal system of the workers in this department. Initially we tried to make the evaluation of the job positions through an ergonomic assessment tool. In the process it became clear that the results which would come by the sole use of the assessment tool did not satisfy us, as we would be unable to reach a clear conclusion. Therefore we adopted the ergonomic work analysis approach. This way we analysed the working system and all its elements as well as all the tasks and duties of each worker. Thus we were able to arrive at clear conclusions concerning every job position and to identify the main problems and their sources. Finally we proposed improvements for the most inadequate work places with our main guideline being the reduction of the health risks and the workers views and comments.	en
