heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία αφορά στην περιοχή της Ελευθερούπολης της Νέας Ιωνίας Αττικής. Σε αυτήν εντοπίζεται ένας ικανός όγκος βιομηχανικών κελυφών, σε αχρηστία στην πλειοψηφία τους, στα οποία ουσιαστικά δεν υπάρχει ζωή. Σε συνδυασμό με την αλλαγή κλίμακας των κτηρίων στη βιομηχανική ζώνη, είναι φανερό ότι πρόκειται για μια περιοχή διαφοροποιημένη από τις κατοικίες που την περιβάλλουν και αποτελεί πρόκληση ο τρόπος χειρισμού της. Στην κατεύθυνση αυτή αναζητείται η ιστορία της Ελευθερούπολης, οι συνθήκες διαμόρφωσης της βιομηχανικής της κληρονομίας, προκειμένου να βρεθούν τα εργαλεία για την ανάγνωση της περιοχής και των κτισμάτων. Έτσι οδηγούμαστε στην κλωστοϋφαντουργία και τους πρόσφυγες του ’22. Είναι καθαρό ότι για τη βιομηχανική περιοχή χρειάζεται ένα συνολικό πλάνο παρέμβασης, ωστόσο η παρούσα εργασία δε μπορεί παρά να αρκεστεί σε ορισμένες γενικές κατευθύνσεις σε αυτό το επίπεδο. Σε δεύτερη φάση, λοιπόν, επιλέγεται ένα συγκρότημα προς αποκατάσταση και νέα χρήση. Αποτυπώνεται και αναλύεται το κτηριακό απόθεμα, εντοπίζονται οι φάσεις κατασκευής, η παθολογία και οι πιθανές δυνατότητες των κτηρίων. Επιλέγεται η χρήση του θεάτρου φιλοδοξώντας να αποτελεί πρόταση για τους κατοίκους της ευρύτερης περιοχής και να δώσει ξανά ζωή στη γειτονιά. Τέλος, διαμορφώνεται η τελική πρόταση και επιλύονται τα βασικά κατασκευαστικά ζητήματα.	el
heal.abstract	The diploma project refers to the Eleftheroupoli area of Nea Ionia Attiki. In this lies a sufficient amount of industrial buildings that have fallen into disuse and do not actually enclose life. In addition to the change of the buildings scale in the industrial zone, it is obvious that it is a differentiated area than the houses that surround it and the way of handling it is challenging. To this end, I seek the history of Eleftheroupoli, the conditions that formed its industrial heritage, in order to find the tools for understanding the site and buildings. This concludes to the textile industry and the refugees of '22. It is clear that the industrial region needs a comprehensive action plan; however, this work can only place some guidelines on this level. So, at the second phase, I choose a buildings complex to restore and reuse. I measure and analyze the building stock, I identify the manufacturing stages, the pathology and the possible options of buildings. I choose the use of theater aiming it being a suggestion to the residents of the wider region and to give again life in the neighborhood. Finally, I compose the final proposal and solve key manufacturing questions.	en
