heal.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική εξετάζει την δημιουργία και εφαρμογή συστήματος διαχείρισης ποιότητας με βάση το πρότυπο ΕΝ ISO 17024:2012 το οποίο αναφέρεται σε κριτήρια και κανονισμούς που διέπουν φορείς πιστοποίησης προσωπικού. Καθώς το πρότυπο απαιτεί συμμόρφωση με τα κριτήρια του ISO 9001, το σύστημα είναι πλήρως εναρμονισμένο και συμμορφώνεται και με τα δύο πρότυπα. Το εν λόγω σύστημα έχει αναπτυχθεί και έχει ήδη εφαρμοστεί στην εταιρεία «Ελληνικό Ινστιτούτο Συγκολλήσεων» η οποία και έχει διαπιστευθεί από το ΕΣΥΔ ως φορέας πιστοποίησης προσωπικού του κλάδου συγκόλλησης, κατεργασίας και κοπής μετάλλου.	el
heal.abstract	The following thesis essay examines the development and deployment of a quality control system according to EN ISO 17024:2012, which refers to rules and criteria for personnel certification bodies. Since the standard requests compliment with the criteria of ISO 9001, this system is fully harmonized with both standards. The presented quality control system is already developed and applied to the “Greek Welding Institute”, which is already accredited by the Greek National Certification Authority (ESYD) as a certification body for personnel in the sector of welding, cutting and machining. The first part of the essay consist of an analytical presentation of the EN ISO 17024 standard and its special requirements. In the second part the reader can find the entire quality control system as it was developed for the institute. Finally the third and last part is the conclusions about the standard and the quality control system to satisfy it. The quality control system follows the classic structure where there is the quality manual among with the policies and the commitments of the management, which is followed by the procedures among with the complimentary documents and forms. Due to the special requirements of the EN ISO 17024 standard, the system contains the various regulations for the supervising committees, as well as the Certification Scheme which is basically the technical specification of the services provided. It is understandable that due to the strategy of the company we are not allow to publish the actual certification schemes that were developed for the Greek Welding Institute but for academic reasons we have created a certification scheme for Welders according to the guidelines of the Greek National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP).	en
