heal.abstract	Η εργασία ασχολείται με την επίτευξη της βιωσιμότητας των κτηρίων μέσω της αρχιτεκτονικής τους. Η συγκεκριμένη αντίληψη σχεδιασμού εκφράζεται μέσα από τα κτήρια nzeb, δηλαδή τα κτήρια σχεδόν μηδενικής κατανάλωσης ενέργειας. Μέσα από την εργασία εξετάζεται ο σχεδιασμός τους και η απόδοσή τους σε σχέση με τον χρήστη και το περιβάλλον. Η μεθοδολογία προσέγγισης βασίστηκε στις αρχές του βιοκλιματικού σχεδιασμού, στα παθητικά και ενεργητικά συστήματα και στα οικολογικά υλικά που χρησιμοποιούνται. Τα κτήρια αυτά αποτελούνται από επιμέρους τμήματα τα οποία συνεργάζονται αρμονικά ώστε το έργο να εντάσσεται πλήρως στο περιβάλλον, να αλληλεπιδρά με αυτό και να καταφέρνει να προσφέρει ένα ιδανικό περιβάλλον διαβίωσης στους χρήστες του, εξασφαλίζοντας την βιωσιμότητα του. Όλα αυτά τα χαρακτηριστικά βασίζονται στον ολοκληρωμένο σχεδιασμό και επιτυγχάνουν την μεγάλη διάρκεια ζωής του κτηρίου χωρίς να επιβαρύνεται το περιβάλλον ακόμα και με το πέρας του κύκλου ζωής του.	el
heal.abstract	The work deals with the achievement of sustainability of buildings through their architecture. This design concept is expressed through nzeb buildings, which are buildings with nearly zero energy. Through the work examined their design and their performance in relation to the user and the environment. The approach methodology based on the principles of bioclimatic design, the passive and active systems and eco-friendly materials which being used. These buildings consist of individual parts that work in harmony so that the project is fully integrated into the environment, to interact with it and manages to provide an ideal living environment for its users, ensuring sustainability. All these features are based on integrated planning and achieve the long life of the building without burdening the environment, even with the end of its life cycle.	en
